You can choose from a meal plan wizard, where by asking a few simple questions, it’ll determine the kinds of food and daily calorie levels that are ideal for your fitness and weight loss goals, especially if you’re using a Beachbody workout program. Balanced Slim Down Plan– Our Balanced Plan will give you everything you need for your weight loss goals and activity levels.
Low Carb Express Plan– Use this plan if you prefer a low-carbohydrate diet, or as a temporary way to fast-track your weight loss.
Power Vegetarian Plan– If you want meat-free meals that let you get fit, lose excess fat, and stay energized, choose this plan.
Active Lifestyle Plan– If you lead a very physically active lifestyle, this plan will provide the fuel you need.
There are a ton of reasons why becoming a Team Beachbody Club member is worth $2.99 a week, but to me, this is one of the biggest. The easy part is doing a workout program, following the schedule, but the hard part is getting the eating right. I love that you have two main options of choosing, and that there are so many options for you. That is what gets me, bc I’m a super picky eater, and I prefer low carb, so then I can design meals that are right for me and my goals but at the same time I get variety. I love it!
