Sometimes it helps to see some great sources of realistic inspiration when you’re focused on making positive changes for your body. Today I’m sharing some Monday motivation Thinspiration and fitness inspiration.
If you follow me on Pinterest you can always see where I’m at in my focus based on what I’m pinning! Sometimes it’s all fitness, sometimes it’s all about houses, the kids…but lately I’ve been all about fitness and fitness clothes.
When I am looking for inspiration and motivation with weight loss…I don’t want to see Victoria’s Secret models. I used to. But now it’s about seeing what I want to actually achieve. If I’m achieving fitness, then why focus on a stick thin figure who has to add enhancements to their body to gain curves? That’s what they do ya know. They’re wearing extra padding and cutlets in their bras, and pads in their butts. Because for me being a 00 is definitely not the goal.
This body is perfection to me (above). It’s tight, toned, and still sexy. Because she still looks like a woman who still has softness. What I wouldn’t do to have thighs that look like that in shorts that small! I’ll be getting there shortly!
Muscle burns fat baby!!! And don’t you forget it! Go HEAVY or go HOME!!!
This is exactly what I am looking for when I’m looking for weightloss inspiration and thinspiration! She’s fit and in shape but still maintains her curves.
This is my dream body!! Slim and trim, yet fit and toned with an hourglass to boot! I keep this in mind during my ChaLean Extreme workouts when I’m cursing out Chalene Johnson. I always apologize to her at the end! lol
This is a good mantra to have! 🙂 Don’t we all just love to hate a skinny bitch! Yeah you can hate on me I don’t mind! lol Now go take your Thinspiration and sweat it all out and leave it on the floor!
